His amazing ability with basketballs even landed his name and picture in the 1990 Guinness Book of World Records.

Dave began to hone his speaking skills in the early 90's as a national speaker in the public schools across America. Combining his entertainment ability with a powerful message, he was instrumental in the fight for education and against drugs. At the advice of friends working in corporate America, Dave began to develop presentations for the corporate and association market and the rest is history. Mark Mayfield

Mark Mayfield

Morph

It’s pretty simple what Mark Mayfield does: he talks about very serious stuff in a very funny way.

Mark has one of the most diversified backgrounds in the speaking industry having owned and operated several businesses ranging from livestock production to nightclubs to golf instruction, and also spent ten years as a lobbyist in Washington, D.C. and in thirteen state legislatures for a Fortune 500 company. That business experience combined with his work as a nightclub performer allowed him to create truly unique presentations. His tagline is simple: Solid Business Wisdom in a Brilliant Comedic Style. He is one of the rare individuals in the world who is equally adept at performing comedy shows or high content speeches.

He has received rave reviews sharing the stage with a wide variety of celebrities like Paul Newman, Peter Frampton, Colin Powell, and Bob Newhart and has introduced a President of the United States on a live, nationwide television broadcast.

Mark is author of several business books and two joke books, and makes nearly 100 presentations annually to all types of corporations, conventions, and trade associations. He was raised on a farm, received two degrees magna cum laude from Kansas State University, and taught school before he began his lobbying, business, and speaking career. He has received the CSP designation from the National Speakers Association and been inducted into their Hall of Fame.

He is happily married (although his wife is not) and is the proud father of two daughters. He is also the most annoying Grandpa on the planet. From comedy shows to seminars, Mark’s philosophy is simple... say it with humor and people will take the message home. A national convention planner recently called Mark “one of the very few, really funny, inspiring men in America today”.

Mark’s mom also said that once after a small bribe.

Kat Perkins

Finding Your Passion ~ Going After Your Dreams

Growing up the daughter of a music teacher, Kat Perkins has been singing, dancing, and performing for just about as long as she can remember. Coming from a town that only recently went from “unincorporated” to 281, with the nearest theater or rock show hundreds of miles away, it took a lot of determination for that little girl to pursue her dreams.

Almost as soon as she stepped off the stage at her high school graduation, at just 18 years old, she packed her bags, said good bye to her family, and traveled 600 miles east to Minneapolis, MN – where her undeniable drive and passion for performance shined through in her unforgettable stage presence. Kat began to carve out a place for herself on both the music and theater stages of the Twin Cities. After signing a record deal, and beginning to work and share stages with some of the music industries biggest acts (Guns and Roses, Bon Jovi, etc), Kat’s career began to reach heights she’d only dreamed of as her years of hard work began to pay off. It was at that point that Kat began to feel tension in her throat, tension that would end the career she’d dreamed of and worked towards her entire life.

In Spring of 2011, Kat was diagnosed with a vocal fold cyst, requiring surgery that would prevent her from continuing on in the only career she’d ever known. Unwilling to let this set back change her attitude, Kat began to pursue her second passion, which was working with children, and she began nannying. After nearly two years of nannying, Kat voice began to heal and she began to sing again. She volunteered to do a tour for members of the United States Military in the Middle East, on a trip that would change her life in more ways than she’d ever imagined. During a layover in the middle of the night in the Amsterdam airport, Kat began to sing Adele’s “Someone Like You.” The video made its way online, going viral, and gaining the attention of the producers of NBC’s The Voice, who requested she come on the hit TV show.

Kat’s time on The Voice was unforgettable, as she made it all the way to the finals. Maroon 5 singer, and coach, Adam Levine, proclaimed Kat to be “… hands down one of the best singers we’ve ever had…” She’s since continued traveling the country performing. Her latest singles have climbed to the top of the iTunes charts and she’d been the top selling rock artist on iTunes five times. She’s also begun speaking, giving over 300 presentations in the past 18months alone, sharing her message of living a Fearless life, the pursuit of dreams, and making a positive impact on the world.

Behave The Talk With Servant Leadership

Art Barter believes “how you get the results is more important than the results themselves.” To teach people about the power of servant leadership, Art started in his own backyard by rebuilding the culture of the manufacturing company he bought in 2004, Datron World Com-munications. Art took Datron’s traditional power-led model and turned it upside down; and together with his management team, began to serve first. The result: an international radio manufacturer grew from a $10 million company to a $200 million company in six years and most recently announced a record contract for the company in the amount of $495 million dollars.

Art also has extensive international business experience, in the commercial and government sectors, focused on emerging markets. He is knowledgeable in the securing non-standard forms of financing to support customer needs around the world; adhering to the Foreign Cor-rupt Practices Act; surviving a Department of Justice investigation; working with international distribution networks; and using communication rather than conflict to save lives, manage disturbances, and make a difference in the world.

As an authority on servant leadership implementation, Art shares his expertise in business books, on websites, through podcasts and in blogs. His experience with Datron’s transfor-mation to a servant-led organization is chronicled in the book, The Art of Servant Leader-ship. Art’s book, Farmer Able: A Fable About Servant Leadership Transforming Organiza-tions And People From The Inside Out, has been endorsed by leaders of servant-led com-panies including WD-40, Popeye’s, Franklin Covey, Ken Blanchard Companies, and John Max-well Co. His most recent work, The Servant Leadership Journal: An 18 Week Journey To Trans-form You and Your Organization was released in March 2017.

Technology in Leadership

Career Summary:
It was an honor to serve our great nation for twenty-four years in the United States Air Force. My career centered on flying HH-60Gs as a combat rescue pilot and managing aviation contracts for numerous airframes (new production, depot maintenance, battlefield damage repair, etc.). After retiring from the military, I then served as Marketing Director for a $1.5B company. Next, I led a major technology program internationally recognized as the #1 RFID implementation. I joined Arctic IT in January 2017.
