Lead From the Front of the Room With Confidence
What if you could be injected with a confidence serum so you could conquer all aspects of your work like a super hero? You’d walk bravely into intimidating client meetings. You’d confidently speak with persuasive, calm authority. You’d answer questions and respond with self-assurance. Others would see you as a leader they could trust. They would come to you for answers and follow you willingly.
Well, it’s not as easy as an injection, but this kind of confidence is possible to achieve. Find out what it takes to own the space at the front of the room like a pro. You’ve got what you need to lead at the front of the room with CONFIDENCE!
Sara Krisher is driven by all those times you had something to say and didn’t raise your hand, all the moments you needed to speak up but kept quiet, and each time you resisted heading to the front of the room because you couldn’t find the strength. The cost is too high, and the world needs your ideas, your voice, and your bravery.
Krisher is a Master trained coach and an experienced trainer, facilitator and speaker. She develops talks and programs that not only inspire but empower. She knows that confidence is only accessed by stepping into fear. Audiences find her thoughtful, engaging, and funny.

Mark’s core messages have always been about connecting. Sometimes it was in schools to help teachers connect to their students. Other times it was in organizations or businesses to help team members feel truly connected to their core values and their customers.
Mark’s biggest “Ah-ha” moment came while traveling to an engagement. It was there that he stumbled upon the Harley-Davidson Motorcycle Company’s 100th year anniversary celebration. He kept overhearing people as they passed bikers and shared two simple words, “Nice Bike”.
A connection was made. It gave Mark an unforgettable metaphor that inspired him to write his award-winning book, Nice Bike: Making Meaningful Connections on the Road of Life.
More than a passing compliment, Nice Bike is a powerful, memorable metaphor that acts as a catalyst to help build stronger connections and more effective teams. The Nice Bike principle helps individuals to become more engaged and passionate about serving others.
Mark’s Nice Bike messages teach his listeners to make connections. Engage your people, energize your business.

Paul J Long has challenged the traditional corporate landscape in sales and service beginning in 2004. He has leveraged this experience and his ability to connect with others for the last decade to engage audiences around the globe. With his fun-loving attitude, infectious spirit and philosophy of "fundamism," Paul has provided memorable experiences for countless engagements including but not limited to workshops, trade shows, keynotes and more. His shenanigans have been featured in media outlets like ESPN, the Washington Post and even the Wall Street Journal! Years ago, while working for a conservative call center in the highly conservative industry of insurance, Paul had a conversation with a manager and several other employees. "Are you always this upbeat and optimistic?" asked one of the call center employees. "Give it time," retorted the manager, "this place will get to him." From that day forth Paul decided not to allow experiences to shape others but rather motivate and engage others to create memorable experiences for themselves.
